Payments & Refunds

Accepted payment methods, verification of manual payments, and when a refund is available.

Effective 2026-10-05 Version 2026-10-01 WorkTrack Pro

Ways to pay

Depending on your plan, region and the configuration for this deployment, you may be able to pay by:

  • UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through an online payment gateway — Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe or Paytm;
  • a UPI ID or QR code shown to you and paid from your own banking app;
  • a direct bank transfer to the account details shown to you.

The methods actually offered to you are shown at the point of purchase. The entity you are paying, the plan, the amount and the billing period are shown before you confirm.

Online payments

  • Card and wallet details are entered on and handled by the payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV or banking password.
  • We record the amount, date, method, provider reference and status — enough to reconcile and to prove what happened.
  • A payment is treated as successful only when the provider confirms it to us. Opening a payment page and abandoning it does not create a charge.
  • Where the provider is unavailable, you may be offered a different method or asked to retry later.

Manual payments — UPI, QR and bank transfer

Manual methods cannot confirm themselves, so they follow a two-stage process:

  1. Recorded as pending. Your subscription is marked pending as soon as you submit the details. Submitting does not activate the plan — a screenshot you upload is evidence for a person to check, never proof we act on automatically.
  2. Verified. The platform administrator matches your transaction reference against our bank statement for the exact amount, and approves it. Only then does the plan become active.
Always keep the reference Save the UTR / transaction reference and a screenshot until your plan is shown as active. Verification is much faster when we have the reference. Never send us a card number, PIN, OTP or banking password — we will never ask for them.
  • Send payment only to the UPI ID or account shown inside this application. Bank details published anywhere else are not ours.
  • Pay the exact amount shown, so your payment can be matched without a query.
  • Each transaction reference can be submitted only once. One transfer cannot be claimed twice, and a duplicate submission is rejected rather than paid out again.
  • Your screenshot is stored privately, outside the public web root. It is visible only to the person verifying the payment — never to other shops, and never through a guessable link.
  • If a payment shows as paid in your bank but remains pending after a reasonable time, contact us with the reference.

Prefer not to wait? Card, netbanking and UPI checkout through the supported gateways is confirmed by your bank the moment the payment succeeds, usually within seconds, with nothing for you to submit.

Invoices, tax and receipts

  • A receipt is issued for each successful payment and is available in your billing history.
  • Where GST applies, the tax is shown separately on the invoice along with the applicable rate, our GSTIN and yours if you provide it.
  • Provide accurate billing details if you need a specific name, address or GSTIN on the invoice — invoices are reissued only where the law allows it.
  • Currency is shown before you confirm payment.

Failed, pending and duplicate payments

  • Debited but not confirmed: the amount is usually reversed by your bank or the provider within 3–7 working days. Contact us with the reference if it is not.
  • Double payment: the duplicate is refunded to the original payment method once verified.
  • Plan not updated: send the reference; activation is applied manually and your access is backdated to the payment time where appropriate.
  • Same reference submitted twice: the second submission is rejected. This is deliberate — it is what stops one transfer being claimed against two plans. If you genuinely made a second transfer, it has its own reference; send that one.
  • We never ask you to pay again solely to release a payment that is genuinely stuck — verify any such request through the contact details on this page.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the plan, how the payment was made, and applicable law.

  • Online payments are refunded to the original payment method wherever possible.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges verified as ours are refunded in full, including any charges made because of the error.
  • Cooling-off or statutory rights that apply to you are honoured regardless of what is written here.
  • Used subscription periods are generally not refundable, since the service has already been provided. Where a plan is cancelled mid-cycle, the remainder is handled according to the plan's stated terms.
  • Manual payments that cannot be matched to a plan, or that are found to be unauthorised, are not activated; if funds were received in error we will return them to the account they came from.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 working days of approval. The time for the money to appear depends on your bank or wallet and may take longer, particularly for manual bank transfers.

To request a refund, contact support@example.com with your account email, payment reference and the reason.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you raise a dispute with your bank or payment provider, we will provide the transaction records we hold to respond. Access may be limited while a chargeback is open. Raising a chargeback does not remove your obligation to pay undisputed amounts.

Report an unauthorised transaction to us and your bank as soon as you notice it.
